Upon graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992, Tom entered his family’s commercial real estate business. For the last 20 years, Tom has been focused on providing invaluable perspectives to owners and tenants in all facets of commercial real estate. Tom is also an entrepreneur and is able to use that experience in acquisitions, leasing, and management in the metro real estate market.
Midland Development Group
Tom began his career in real estate when he joined Midland Development Group in 1992. Upon the sale of Midland to Regency Centers, Tom relocated to Atlanta with Regency Centers to lease and manage a portfolio of grocery anchored shopping centers totaling more than 1,200,000 square feet.
THF
Tom moved back to St. Louis in 2000 and joined THF Realty. He was responsible for leasing many of THF’s Walmart-anchored properties including Chesterfield Commons, the 2,500,000 square foot shopping center in Chesterfield Valley.
King Realty Advisors
Tom joined King Realty Advisors in 2013 and has been a valuable asset to its brokerage team. Tom has successfully represented a myriad clients using his many years of experience. Tom is proficient in all real estate markets but holds specific experience in restaurant and retail real estate.
